50% Resort Credit Terms & Conditions

Resorts credit will only be assigned to fully paid-up reservations made during the time the promotion was showing at the time the reservation was paid for.
Hotel vouchers for bookings made during the promotion will show an entitlement for resort credit.
If acknowledgement of Resort credit does not show on your hotel voucher you have not met the criteria of the promotion.

Upon receiving your hotel voucher if you feel you have received no or insufficient resort credit then please email details of your booking to guestrelations@absolutetwinsands.com and allow two working days for a resolution.
Credits can only be used at participating establishments within the Twin Sands Resort & Spa complex only.
Credits cannot be gifted or sold and can only be used by the person/persons whose name appears on the accredited hotel voucher.

Credits can be consumed immediately following check in and all credits must be consumed prior to the exact check out date and time stated on your hotel voucher.
Credits not consumed prior to check out are lost.
A list of participating resorts and any excluded products will be provided at check in upon request.
Cancelling a reservation immediately cancels any associated resort credit.
The offer of resort credit stops when the promotion no longer appears and at the resort’s discretion.
